glimpse

One of the most profound gifts we can give each other is a safe place. I see you. I hear you. I am here with you. I cannot take away the pain or the problem, although I wish I could. But I can be there, and I can listen, I can sit in silence, in the moments where everything is not okay, and remind you that in this tiny moment, it is all right. - Lluliana Flores, LCSW

Welcome to Flores Therapy and Wellness - Mucho gusto!

I am Lluliana Flores a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Phoenix, Arizona. As a first-generation Salvadoran American, I know firsthand the unique challenges faced by BIPOC and Latine communities. My Salvadoran and Mexican heritage, combined with my upbringing in a diverse, minority-majority community, shapes my culturally sensitive approach to mental health care.

My Approach to Therapy

At Flores Therapy and Wellness, I believe that your environment shapes your growth. That's why I've worked hard to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, or cultural pressures, we'll work together to uncover your strengths and build the resilience you need to thrive.

I approach therapy with an open heart and an anti-oppressive lens, recognizing how systemic inequities and intersectional identities impact mental health. Whether you identify as first generation, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+ individual seeking affirming care, or all of the above, my goal is to meet you where you are and provide support that reflects your lived experiences.

Through a strengths-based approach, I help clients build resilience and navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. By integrating top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (nervous system-focused) techniques, I empower you to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
